A. Memorials to the President. The Division may submit memorials directly to the President with copies to the Senate Assembly. [Am 12 Nov 98] (See Senate Bylaw 90 G)
B. Memorials to the Regents. The Division may initiate memorials on matters of Universitywide concern to be submitted to the Regents through the President as prescribed in Senate Bylaw 90B.
C. Referral to a Ballot. Resolutions passed at a Divisional meeting are subject to a ballot on the written request of 25 members of the Division presented within 5 days after the distribution of the minutes of the meeting.
